Senior community pastoral care
In keeping with the Episcopal heritage of St. Anne's Mead, our pastoral care team provides a loving, caring and inclusive atmosphere that shows forth the love of God and is available to all of our senior care residents and their families. Our chaplain is on-site five days a week. The program includes activities and services that minister to Catholic, Episcopal and other Protestant denominations.
In addition to regular celebrations of Communion, the chaplain works with ministers of other denominations, as well as volunteers. Together they provide a number of worship activities to support and enhance the spiritual well-being of all our senior community, including spiritual counseling, Bible study, healing services, a walking club and devotional activities. The chaplain is also available to minister to the individual needs of each resident through visits and sacramental ministrations.
We also offer our residents a beautiful on-site chapel, for quiet reflection or weekly non-denominational services and Catholic masses.
